My condolences to the family of Dick Klima. I was his high school French teacher. We met again at a Sloan Alumni luncheon a couple of years ago. It was my first time to attend, and there were about a dozen people. I am writing this because we had a very long conversation. He told me that he and Carol visited France on a trip to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary. He showed a picture of Carol and said she was very sick. I saw him again once or twice after Carol died. He told me of his own poor health. I have wonderful memories of reconnecting with him. I understand how important he was to all of you.
