CIESLICA - Edward T. “Doc” December 22, 2020; beloved husband of the late Mary Jane (nee Trella); dear father of Jeanine (late Michael) Ashman, Dominic (Nicolette Acker) and Edward; brother of Robert (Margaret), Lawrence (Kathryn) and the late Richard (late Helen), Thomas (late Nancy), Frederick (Patricia) and Raymond (Laura); also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation Monday, 4-7 PM, at the PACER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 1629 Electric Ave, Lackawanna (Jos. M. Litwin Chapel). In accordance with NYS guidelines, face coverings and occupancy limitations will be observed. Mass of Christian Burial at Queen of Angels Church, Electric Ave., at Warsaw St., Lackawanna, Tuesday, 10 AM, please assemble at church. Doc was a US Army Korean War Veteran, avid gardener, golfer, bowler, and outdoors man who was very fond of his family’s land in Angelica. Ed worked his entire career for the Railroads starting with New York Central and retired from CONRAIL many years ago. He was a lifetime member of American Legion Matthew Glab Post 1477.
