To Mrs. C and and the entire Cantie family...My condolences to all on the passing of "Mr C". He was one of my "dads" growing up. so this hurts pretty bad right now. Was always there with a word of advice, a laugh, or offering me a beer. While we mourn him no longer being with us, I am sure he is among the angels organizing things up there. Thoughts, prayers, and love to all...

My most sincere condolances go out to Joe's family. He was such a great guy and friend to me. We both shared the honor of holding Army sergeant major rank and spent a lot of time discussing the experiences and humor of the position. As I was a fairly new manager at NYNEX, Joe was a mentor to me regarding the "cable" side of the business, which I was unfamliar with. Joe had a wealth of knowledge about the Army and the phone company and was never afraid to share it. I'll never forget him or his laugh. May he rest in peace.

So sad to hear Joe has passed. Our group at Cross Creek (Pendolinos) called him uncle Joe because he was Italian. We loved Joe, just like he was family. Just won't be the same without him. The Pendolinos send our deepest condolences.

A true gentleman,I personally will never forget him, his hellos with the biggest hugs, and how every year I couldn't get his bread order correct, sorry Joe. But he taught me a New York breakfast that I will never forget. Enjoy that great golf course in the sky, we will play there one day.
