He loved you all so much and always talked about his kids and grandkids with pride and his wife with love and utmost respect. Wishing we could be there with you to show our support. Dear Patty & family, Please accept my sympathy for your loss. I saw Paul when volunteering at Terrace View He was a such a sincere person who loved his family. He so looked forward to those "home visits". Even after I moved to Florida, we exchanged e mails. He was a joy to see on Saturdays!

I was saddened to learn of Paul's passing. I'd like offer my condolences on a life well-lived. I met Paul through the late Norm and Nancy Taylor and BSA Troop 82 at the Erie County Home. During the Christmas season the boy scouts from Alden, Akron and Lancaster organized a special holiday celebration with the help of the Wende Guild and Alden Kiwanis. Paul always lead the local scouts in song and fellowship. I visited him at Terrace View LTC. He spoke highly of his beautiful and loyal wife and family. The words patriotic Vietnam veteran, dedicated Buffalo firefighter and loving husband and father describe this man to those of us so fortunate to know him. Peter Lyons, Alden,NY

Our deepest sympathies to Patti and all of Paul's family at the loss of our dear old friend Paul. We will carry so many fine memories of the times shared with Paul's family... camping, weekends at our Canadian cottage and gathering with our group of friends at social events. He was a wonderful man and will be missed by so many. To Patti, Brian, Julie and Jeanne: A loving and sad HLLL fills my heart.
