Uncle Dennis: I'm so sorry for your loss. I remember when your parents, Dr. and Mrs. Smith would come to our family functions, especially our first communions. It was always so much fun to see them and they always had great stories and words of advice. I hope you will find comfort in your memories of them. Love, Heather (Reszka) Miller

There will never be another doctor as this wonderful man. He took GREAT care of my family, from my late Grandmother and late Uncle, to my mom and dad, 2 sisters and myself. We followed him from Walden to Paderewski. No nurse or staff; back door visits for doctor's notes or flu shots - so you wouldn't have to wait in his first come, first serve waiting room. Yet you were never rushed. He REALLY knew his medicine and he REALLY cared for his fellow human beings. My sincere condolences to his family - we loved him too!

Deepest Sympathy to Mark and Dennis. Your Dad was always kind to me and was instrumental in expediting my admission to UB Medical School for which I'm very thankful.

We would like to extend our sympathy to our cousins. We will remember Smithy and Virginia as very friendly persons. Tom also remembers Smithy as a good soft ball player at family picnics. Prayers and Blessings . Tom and Pat Usiak

Dear Mark and Dennis, We're so sorry for the loss of your dad. He was a wonderful man, someone who always made others feel comfortable and happy to be in his presence. May you take solace in the fact that many, many people will hold the fondest memories of him, always.
