SCHAEFER - November 17, 2009, husband of the late Muriel (nee Trautman); dear father of Debra (Joseph) Charnisky and Diane (Stephen) Campbell; loving grandfather of Shawn (Melissa) and Joseph Charnisky and Craig Campbell; great-grandfather of Alex, Shawn Jr., Ava and Karlea; brother of Charles (Dorothy), Norman (Marlene) and the late Harold (late Sophie), Lois (late Stanley) Zawacki and James (Jan); also survived by nieces and nephews. Visitation Thursday 4-8 PM at the PACER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 2275 George Urban Blvd. (two blocks east of Dick Rd.). Funeral services at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 2311 George Urban Blvd., Friday 11 AM. Please assemble at church. Al was a US Air Force Veteran. In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice. Deb and Diane I am sorry to hear about your Dad.Your Mom and Dad were really great people...you are both blessed with great memories.I will always remember the xmas eves at your house.We had alot of fun together and they treated me like family all the time.I would love to hear from you.My sympathy to Uncle Norman and Aunt Marlene too. Now all are parents are in heaven together.
