February 4, 2012, beloved wife of 66
years of Martin P.; loving mother of
Martin J. (Barbara); devoted grandmother
of Robert (Janifer) and Steven
(Jenifer); dear great-grandmother of
Lilyanne, Carlye, Hailey and Evan
Pepe; dear sister of John (late Barbara)
Garguiolo, Anne (late Raymond)
Gonzalez; sister-in-law of Alphonse
(late sister Madeline) Pepe. Mildred
was predeceased by her dear family,
daughter of the late John and Carmella
Garguiolo; dear sisters Mary (Albert)
Ferrentino, Josephine (Howard) Klein,
Nancy (Bernard) Mathews, Rose, Lucille
and brother Alphonse Garguiolo.
She is survived by many dear nieces,
nephews and friends. Funeral from the
PACER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 2275
George Urban Blvd. (two blocks east
of Dick Rd.) Tuesday 9 AM and Our
Lady of Pompeii Church 9:30. Friends
invited. Family present Monday 2-4 and
7-9 PM. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
Mildred retired from HSBC Bank
(Marine Midland) as an Assistant Vice
President in Credit and Recovery Operations.
During retirement, she served
on the Erie County Council of Seniors,
was active in the Lancaster Senior Citizens
Center and belonged to Our Lady
of Pompeii Altar and Rosary Society.
Millie’s greatest joy was her family and
friends. She will be greatly missed. The
family wishes to thank the caring staff
of Brothers of Mercy for all their support
and kindness. Flowers are gratefully
