Valerie and Family: I was saddened to hear about Mark's passing. You don't know me but I was a good customer of Mark's at the shop and he had helped me many times with my cars. He always had a friendly smile and he would listen to my story of how and why I needed more body work on one of my cars. I appreciatd that he would work me into the busy schedule at the shop and he even lent me a car on one or two occasions. I think that I did meet you once or twice when you were working in the office. My prayers to you and your family at this very difficult time. JERRY CARLO

Dear Val and boys, There are no words that can possibly express the sadness and shock we feel for the loss of Mark. He made a big impact on our lives, and he will be greatly missed. Jim was blessed with a great boss and friend. He was a good-hearted man who would do what he could to help. We are so very sorry for your loss, if there is anything Jim or I can do..please just ask. Valerie and Family, Our entire Pfeiffer family was shocked and saddened to learn of Mark's passing. Over the years, Mark took exceptionally good care of everyone in the family on many, many occasions, and he became more of a friend than a car repair expert. My father enjoyed showing up early before his car was ready just so he could visit with Mark. As an amateur hockey referee he and I shared countless stories about hockey, refereeing and the officiating he would see in the kid’s games. Maybe my best memory of Mark was the thoughtfulness and friendship he showed me after a bad car accident late in the day one Christmas Eve. After taking care of the car, Mark made numerous phone calls for me and on his way home to the family, drove out of his way to take me to the last car rental place open to get me a car to join my family out of town for Christmas. We will miss stopping in to the shop to say hello, and he was just a great person who will be sadly missed. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all of you during this difficult time. Dear family, My wife and I would like to express our condolences for your tremendous loss. We cannot begin to imagine your great pain and sorrow during this most difficult time. At a time such as this some people have asked the question "will I ever see my loved one again?" The Bible gives us a truly satisfying answer. God's word says at John 5:28,29: "Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life." So God has promised that our loved ones who have fallen asleep in death will live again. God even promises at Isaiah 25:8 that "He will swallow up death forever." That is truly wonderful! Once again we wish to express our condolences for your loss. And although we cannot erase the pain and great sorrow you are experiencing, it is our hope that this can give you a small measure of comfort.
