GRESS - November 29, 2009, beloved husband of Mary Ann (nee Leistner); dear father of Michael (Cheryl), Heather Signer, Jason Gress and Jill Rappold; grandfather of Michael, Matthew, Hailey, Alexio and Rebecca; brother of Albert (Peg), Andy (Eva) Langworthy, Jerry (Nan) Langworthy, Tom (Donna) West and the late Margaret (Paul) Brotz; also survived by nieces and nephews. Funeral from the PACER FUNERAL HOME INC., 2275 George Urban Blvd. (2 blocks east of Dick Rd.) Thursday 10:45 and St. Patrick’s Episcopal Church, 11 AM. Visitation Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Jay, So sorry to hear about your dad's passing. Know that he is in a better place no pain, no suffering, only health and happiness. Remember all the great times you had together and his sense of humor and all the fun things you did as father and son. There is a time and place for all of us to leave this earth and it was dads time, we all have a purpose in life and he must have fulfilled his or he wouldn't have been called home. Keep your chin up and a smile on your face thats what he would have wanted. Each new day will help to ease the pain. My thoughts are will you during this time of grief.
