of 13 grandchildren; brother of Russell
Foley and the late Dorothy, Virginia,
Edward and John; also survived by
nieces and nephews. Richard served as
a shore police officer in the Navy and
worked as an Environmental Analyst for
the Dept. of Environmental Conservation
until his retirement in 1995.

I have known Richard (Duke) since grade school. We spent many years together growing up. I have many treasured memories of our times together. My deepest condolenses to Marsha and his family. I'm sure he will deeply missed by all. Tom.
