A bright, witty, delightful soul. One of my favorite Branch Library Managers within the Norfolk Public Library, it was always a pleasure to visit her Larchmont Branch when her computers were in need of repair. Good-humored and knowledgeable, I cannot believe she's gone; she shall be missed always.

I had the honor of working with Susan, as well as, we ate, drank and had lots of laughs together. I have beautiful pictures of us, even on a Bucking Buffalo. My prayers are with you all and for Susan. She will be sorely missed. My condolences to all her family and friends.
