Ross and Ron, Now is the time to look back and remember all the wonderful things your mom did for you. She loved you so much and was willing to do anything to make you grow up to be who you wanted to be. Although, at times, that meant a lot a patience (Ross, my man. you were a trip sometimes); she loved you always. Soon you will be laughing at all the things that brought you together as a family and the things from your childhood past. Of course, you will never forget her and your memories of her will just be embedded forever, especially when you are not sure what to do, she will be there for you. Sorry I will not be able to see you both for I am down with the flu. Take good care of yourselves; mom would have expected you to do so. Love you both and with fond memories. Colleen Lokken

It is with huge sadness that I have learned of Barb's passing. Barb was a dear, dear friend. I have so many wonderful memories of her that I will alway cherish. My sympathies to Ron, Ross, Mrs. Kaszar, Carol, and Richard. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.

Dear Carol, Mrs Kaszar and family, Tom and I were so sorry to read about Barbara. It is so hard to loose a sister, daughter, mother, friend. Our love, happy memories and support from your friends and family will help. My mother is a 35 year survivor of breast cancer. I hope to follow in her footsteps, but all too many of us are not so fortunate. Life hands us many challenges and I'm sure Barbara battled long and hard. She is at rest. I am overcome with sadness at the loss of such a beautiful person and dear friend.She was a remarkable mother,daughter, sister, friend and gifted educator. She and I worked together in Lancaster and were so close,. I am sorry that we had lost touch, so to see the death notice was so painful.Carol,I hope you will call or email me.You are all in my prayers for joyous memories to sustain you at this difficult time. May the good Lord watch over you all.
